SMS & WhatsApp Scam – Fake Financial Transaction & Job Offer

 I received an SMS from 01968-789531 stating that “Mandy, you have successfully recharged financial funds of 2852369.00 BDT, please check. Account number: us5658, Password: yy99568, Access link: dubkx.com”.

The message appeared to be a phishing attempt using a fake financial link.

Later, I received a WhatsApp message from an unknown number with Ethiopia code (+251) claiming to be “Fathima Aisha, promoting manager at Upwork Company”, offering fake job opportunities and claiming I could earn 450–9500 BDT per day.

Both messages appear to be part of a coordinated scam attempt. I did not interact with the links or provide any information. I’m reporting it here to warn others.
