Dear Concerned

I ordered a quillbot subscription from bongo digital. Initially they said 6 months package is available so I made the payment for 6 months. Then they sent me a phone msg saying that 6 months is not available, I have to take for 12 months. As I needed the subscription, I paid for 6 more month, a total of 1500+. Then they said that I have to pay for admin fee which is around BDT 450 taka. As I had previously purchased from bongo digital, I told them that I never had paid any admin fee. I also told them that I can’t pay an additional 450 taka. At one point they said that if I pay the admin fee, they will send me the product. I declined and asked for refund. They they stopped answering my msgs and deleted their responses. I tried to call them but the phone number was found to be switched of. 

Please look into this matter. They are a fraud page and are scamming people.
