Xavian BD Fraud

i needed powered contact lenses and dmed this page on instagram. i confirmed my order with my contact and address details. after confirmation i simply wanted to make sure if they can make the lens properly and if exchange is possible if they make a mistake on their side. and i was faced with extreme disrespect for asking a question as a customer. i called their number no one picked up. very bad customer service. i wouldn’t have made this post but i got to know that few more ppl faced this issue with this page so i had to post abt it.
