FRAUD ALERT – BEWARE OF ISHU’S LOOK Ishu’s look

I’m making this post to warn everyone about my terrible experience with Ishu’s Look, an online store that scammed me by delivering an awful product after months of delay and then refusing to take responsibility for their poor quality.

What Happened?

I ordered an abaya set from Ishu’s Look in the first week of November. Their page claims to deliver within a month, but they kept delaying, making excuses like “next week” or “one more week.”

After three months of waiting, I finally received it on February 13—way past their promised time.

What Was Wrong?

The abaya I received was a complete disaster—horrible stitching, cheap quality, and absolutely nothing like what they showed on their page.

I paid 5,600 BDT for this, expecting decent quality, but what I got was something I wouldn’t even pay 500 BDT for.

Their So-Called “Exchange”

After I complained, they promised an exchange and said they would send a new one the day after I returned the product.

And the replacement was just as bad—same disgusting stitching, plus OIL STAINS on it!

Their Ridiculous Excuses

When I confronted them, this is what they had to say:

“Eita wash korle chole jabe.” 

“Hijab exact colour miltesilo na bole kine pathaisi.” 

“Abaya asar somoy onek abaya tey stain lege jay cargo te apu.” 

Excuse me?! Is that my problem? Would they pay for a stained, badly stitched product?

When I demanded a refund, their response was:

“Eita kono oil stain na.” 

“Ager tay problem chilo chng kore disi.” 

“Apnara fabric na chinle order e na korten apu.”

“Same product aro 22 ta delivery hoise. Sobai Alhamdulillah pochondo korse. Only you have complaints.”

I have multiple abayas from trusted pages and international stores. How dare they tell me that I don’t understand fabrics or what an abaya or how I shouldn’t have ordered at the first place ? If they are selling such garbage and getting away with it, I won’t let others fall into the same trap.

WARNING TO EVERYONE

DO NOT BUY from Ishu’s Look unless you want to waste your money.

They will lie, delay, and send you trash quality.

They refuse refunds and make excuses instead of taking responsibility.
