Vintage Mall

I had a terrible experience with a page called Vintage Mall. I placed an order on April 22, and today is May 27, which means it has been over a month. I have reached out several times, and each time they assure me that the product will arrive, but I still haven’t received it. I’m extremely frustrated and no longer expect to receive it. If they cannot send the product, they should at least inform me. How can a page with 147k followers engage in such fraudulent behaviour! How can we trust online shopping!
